Philippe DaulL (Ph.D.)

Dr. PhillippeDaullual , holds a MSc in chemistry and biology from the University of Strasbourg, France, and a PhD in cell biology from the University of Sherbrooke, Qc, Canada. Following a postdoctoral experience in in vivo pharmacology at Laval University, Qc, Canada, Dr. Daull worked as a research scientist and preclinical development manager in various biotech and biopharmaceutical companies specializing in ophthalmology (Novagali Pharma, Santen). Over the past 20+ years in the industry Dr. Daull gained experience and expertise in the development of new ophthalmic drugs and medical devices for the treatment of anterior and posterior eye segment pathologies (dry eye, glaucoma, macular edema, diabetic retinopathy), covering all the stages of the drug development process, from early stage studies to translational research and the preparation of regulatory dossiers for IND, IMPD, MAA and interactions with Regulatory Agencies (ANSM, EMA, FDA). Dr Daull is the co-author of more than 38 peer-reviewed scientific articles, book chapters and is the co-inventor of 6 patents.
